DAT deal was quite the sweetheart deal for the foundation and team coming into unlocks.
Genius tbh.
OTC deal without being called an OTC deal.
If only the hype of the announcements pushed price, hopefully the market buying does.
But they still get to eventually dump $GNLN
1) Use the deal to spark hype → drive BERA price up
2) Greenlane buys BERA on open market, adding more buy pressure -- Greenlane puts that BERA into PoL
3) Foundation uses that window to unload more unlocked BERA
4) Foundation later cashes out equity on Nasdaq
5) Papa gets paid
