We've worked on @jito_sol for about 4 years now and in that time we have:
- Fortified the chain during peak load
- Earned validators and stakers over a billion dollars in realized revenue
- Weathered the storm when volumes were dried up
- Given life to the trench warriors
However, the job is far from finished (will never be finished). The mission has always been to make sure Solana is the best venue for financial activity.
BAM is the next step in this evolution.
Solana market micro structure has never been better than what it is with BAM; and with the core protocol changes in the pipeline and constant improvement at the app layer trillions is a real possibility.
