OKX Australia - Refer a Friend Program

Refer a friend under the terms & conditions of this program (the RAF Program), you can claim a reward ("Referral Bonus") when your referee completes the required tasks as shown in the OKX app within the designated time period. See terms & conditions below.

Rewards are automatically distributed to your account when your friend has successfully completed the required tasks. You can check your rewards on the "Referral" page.

Terms & conditions

1. The RAF Program is open to users of OKX Australia Pty Ltd. Users of other OKX entities are excluded. Sub-accounts are also excluded.

2. The RAF program commenced on 14 May 2024 18:00 AEDT and will continue until such time as OKX, in its sole discretion, decides to terminate the promotion ("Campaign Period").

3. The Requirements for the RAF Program are as follows:

   1. Access your invitation link or code by logging in to your OKX account and going to "More" > "Referral" on www.okx.com, or the Referral Page on the OKX app.

   2. Share your invitation link or code with a friend who does not have an OKX account.

   3. Your friend must:

      1. use your invitation link or code to create an OKX account (with OKX Australia Pty Ltd);

      2. pass identity verification for that account; and

      3. complete the required tasks as shown on the referral page, within 14 days from creating the account.

4. Each referrer can earn rewards for referring up to 3 friends within a 14-day period ("Referral Promotion Period"); once this limit is reached, no more rewards are available for the referrer for that period.

5. If you meet the Requirements for the RAF Program, in accordance with these Terms & Conditions, you will be eligible to receive a reward ("Referral Bonus"). The Referral Bonus amount and eligibility criteria for each Referral Promotion Period will be as displayed on the referral page and may vary from period to period. Log in to your own account and go to the referral page to check out the rewards you are eligible for.

6. Subject to these Terms and Condition, the Referral Bonus is automatically distributed to your account when your friend has successfully completed the required tasks. You can check your rewards on the Rewards page.

7. The Referral Bonus is restricted from trading or withdrawal for up to 90 days from the date of issuance. To unlock the Referral Bonus, your friend must maintain a daily average account value of $1,000 AUD (or equivalent) ("Minimum Balance Requirement") for a total of 30 days within that 90-day window. The 30 qualifying days do not need to be consecutive. If the requirement is not met within the 90-day period, the Referral Bonus will be forfeited.

8. These terms & conditions form part of the OKX Terms of Service - Australia. If you do not comply with the OKX Terms of Service - Australia at any time, you will not be eligible to participate in the RAF Program and you, and your friend, will not receive the Reward.

9. We may terminate the RAF Program or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where reasonably practicable, we will provide notice of material changes in the OKX app or by email. Changes will not affect rewards already earned unless required to address fraud, breach of these Terms, or legal/regulatory requirements.

10. The value of the Reward may fluctuate and may not be equal in value at the time a recipient has the ability to withdraw based on market fluctuation. Prices of digital assets, including stablecoins, can and do fluctuate at any moment.
